Pros
Big network. You can move from one country to another if you are flexible n talented. Good benefit of discounted air ticket n hotel.
Cons
Very German-centric. Not everyone is comfortable to use English especially some top managements even though there are non-German speaking people among the audience. Difficult to get on top of you don't speak German. Internal process is tedious and slow.
