Pros

Working at Luca Faloni has been a really rewarding experience. The company has a strong culture built on collaboration and you can feel the passion for Italian craftsmanship in everything we do. One of the biggest advantages is how available and fast career growth is, the progression is much faster than in many other companies.

Cons

Processes still developing - since it is a growing brand, some systems and workflows may be evolving.

Pros

The products are high quality and help develop customer loyalty.

Cons

Chronic staffing issues exacerbated by poor and unprofessional management result in low store morale, store operations inefficiency, and confusion/frustration. Employee turnover is very high especially for a store with such a small team. Be prepared to do tasks outside of what you interviewed for. Management is adverse to emailing and instead prefers texts and is not responsive to concerns, no real sense of urgency. Events/new products/schedule changes/system changes/campaigns are not communicated in advance. When they are it is very last minute often resulting in confusion and frustration. Scheduling does not provide work life balance and requests are treated as "favors". Despite company growth there is no career growth or training, again exacerbated by poor management. The interview process does not feel as if the company values the candidates time or the time of current employees. As the company is based in the UK they do not seem to understand US labor laws and employees often need to provide feedback to rectify company errors/violations.

Pros

I've had a great experience working here as a sales associate. The team is small but supportive, and management genuinely values our input. It's a positive work environment where everyone pulls together to meet goals. I've learned a lot and feel appreciated for the work I do. A solid place to grow your skills in retail.

Cons

One thing to note is that the company is growing quickly, which is exciting - but it also means that not every department or process is fully built out yet. Sometimes that creates a bit of confusion or extra work on the ground level. That said, leadership seems aware and is working on improving things.
