Restriction less work , if you have idea , which can give more profit to this company than no restriction to do the work out of box , full support from management & owner to do work beyond limits.

every company have some issue , this company also have issue with Leaves and other things but that can be solve with Mutual understanding , so no big deal .

Have our own choice to do the work , in this company I have my own task but after complete it I can learn such more things which help me to grow my own career , I have never seen director who help you and personally talk with you with new idea If you are a good embision and want to grow your self you can do it with this company Just show your talent ,they will pick you up No need any thing hard just be smartwork
