You got average salary but you can get higher if you know how to negotiate. Flexible time, very flexible time for network engineers. No monitoring system. If you like to learn, a lot opportunity to learn new technology/technical skill on your own. Learn how to manage and mislead people with hope, fear, pressure, and punishment. Apply, and practice politics on your daily job, especially with other division. They have Whistleblower Hotline. You can report any wrong ethics in this company if you have enough courage. This will be a good company with fast career improvement for you that know how to lobbying, don't mind with a lot extra mile, and love to get technical certification.
Cons
All foreigner network engineer, must sign unfair tricky contract with 2 years unbreakable working bond. They allow you to leave/resign but you must pay penalty 6 month last drawn salary. They can extend probation period as long as they pleased. No reason needed when they terminate you. No responsibility for bonus and Annual Wages Salary. (Contract used an outsource template even you offer a permanent position). Singapore Government Laws can do nothing about the contract. As long you signed it, your soul belongs to Logicalis Singapore, it's legal here. If you haven't sign it, RUN! If you already sign it, keep low profile and put on your mask so they cannot read your emotion. Mislead employee by tell them repeatedly they are in "permanent position". They never put and explain "permanent position" in contract. Please read back your contract. In the end they can kick out employee they don't like based on unfair contract. In last 2 years, In saw 4 people ask to leave without compensation, fair warning, and chance to improve themselves. There are no scope of work. All sales team said and following all customer demands is network engineer scope of work. Management will never defend you (they always in safe and clean position), so you must learn to defend yourself. They will not give proper training for new technology required in project. They will put you directly on project. There are no KPI. As an engineer, your annual adjustment, bonus, and Annual Wages Salary depends on your relationship with higher management.
