Messy, managers with zero communication and management skills

Cons
Manager is stuck up and unapproachable. Zero management and communication skills. Call for meeting as and when she likes. Called in sick before & first thing said to me was you're not allowed to wfh & go take unpaid leave because I'm still under probation. But when they need me to start work at 6am, suddenly is ok for me to wfh. Mind you no medical leave & benefits during probation. If you go to clinic, it wont be reimburse. No correct workflows to refer to because it keeps on changing. Their instructions change from A, next week B, week after C, after that change to A+B. When you make mistakes, they throw you under the bus. Subtle way to get rid off you honestly. Training? It doesn't work that way in Links International, as what my superior said. However training will still be given, but not comprehensive, bit and pieces. 2) Long working hours - depending on your project, you may start early and finish late. Expect to work on weekends too. 3) 3 months probation period, No sick leave, no medical benefits and No WFH. 4) RM9 Friday snacks allocations for each staff. Lol.
