This is not a project management position. This is a 100% sales position. That was not made clear during the interview process.
They boast a culture of “we care” but you are just a number on a spreadsheet and your only value is limited to the sales you bring in and they will treat you accordingly. They will also encourage unethical practices to close deals with clients even if it ruins the working relationships you’ve built.
There are too many layers of management that all individually micro-manage. The culture is toxic, lots of backstabbing, undermining, and immaturity.
