Loved the Culture and Focus on Family

Sometimes will focus on problem solving instead of problem prevention.

There are probably no layoffs in the near future and that's good.

Christmas bonuses were slashed last year. Wages are stagnant and not keeping up with inflation. While the company is gaining new business, more pressure is put on current employees without raises that reflect the added work. Also, management talks a good game about being a family, but they are out to cover themselves and will throw people under the bus in a heartbeat.
