Pros

401k plan and that is all.

Cons

The incentive pay has tanked, sales agents no longer have a voice. The leads and rates to customers are horrible. The Health insurance benefits are RIDICULOUSLY BAD. If you love to be slave and micro managed this is where you want to be. The company survey is very manipulative and holds the DRC agents hostage by letting us know that if we give the company a bad survey that it will have a very negative effect on your Supervisor. So basically if you love your supervisor but want to give the company the worst survey (which they deserve), it makes you think twice because you don't want to hurt your supervisor. I have been with this company for over 9 years and its VERY VERY SAD to see such a big fall from grace. You have manipulated the incentive payout to the point where no one is making the money they deserve anymore. The new incentive plan is ABSOLUTE garbage and you force your managers to deal with all the backlash from it. I know for a fact that you have seen more employees resign, or go out on disability within the last 6 months then you have seen in the last 3 years..... You want your employees to do double the work now for a lot less pay and the MORALE in the DRC is at an all time low because of it.. Congrats on tanking what used to be a Great company.

Pros

There are no pros to working here. I just thought of one, you have a chance to work remotely so you don’t have to see your toxic, incompetent manager in person every day.

Cons

Toxic, hostile culture Favoritism to the extreme 50-60 hours a week work but get paid for 40 Being forced to give your manager a 9-10 on a survey when they don’t deserve it to avoid fear of retaliation Coworkers crying and having panic attacks on a daily basis Just everything
