Pros
Good benefits. Company seems great from the outside but, terrible once you are in.
Cons
High expectations with no coaching or development. Owner barely knows his own pricing or how to use internal tools correctly which is why there is little to no training. Mass confusion amongst departments, and no formal procedures In place which causes lots of finger pointing . Heavy turnover and layoffs. Not a healthy place to work. The culture is horrible and the efforts to make it better are fake. Leadership could care less about the culture.
