-Does not pay livable wage. -Direct Deposit takes 5 days to clear, taking away the convenience of direct deposit. You will be late with rent if you're able to make rent at all. -You can be fired for having a 2nd job to make up for the wages they don't pay you. -They will pay C-list celebrities thousands rather than raising your pay -Promise increase in wages that never happen -Unpaid internships where they have you do the work of an employee rather than an intern -Breaks 5 out of 7 rules about having interns -Texts you constantly when you're off the clock -Expected to work off the clock and they will not compensate you for it -Lie to their employees -Lie to the customers -False advertisement -Claim their product can be considered vegan despite having a milk protein in it -Does not play influencers on time or even the agreed amount -Have discriminated against transgender employee -Publicly insults employees -Refuses to fix problems in the office such as broken heating, broken label printer -Will not order product on time resulting in thousands of backorders -Will not take sold out items off of the website and allow customer to keep purchasing products the company no longer has -You will be berated for speaking to other employees even if you are on your lunch break and clocked out -They will scream at you and create a hostile work environment -They will fire you through text -Owner leaves in the middle of the day despite having appointments, will not tell employees he is leaving and not coming back -They will forget they have interviews -They will pass off interviews to employees who are not qualified to conduct said interviews -They will try to con you into free labor that costs thousands of dollars -They will withhold your W-2 for weeks -They will stiff you on pay -They will avoid paying you your earned sick pay
