Pros

Good office location. Public transportation is available from nearly every part of the local area, and the free way is nearby.

Cons

Management leads through fear and intimidation, often handing handing out projects without knowing the end goals and then blaming the project leaders when those projects don't fit into an unknown criteria. Given the chance, work/life balance would be non-existent. Pay and benefits are below average. Good luck getting anyone in HR to respond to you if you're not in an upper management position. Lots of in-office politics and cliques that halt any forward movement on big projects until just before those projects need to be complete. Employees are treated like objects, causing a large amount of turnover in recent years. Management has, in the past, asked employees to post good reviews on Glassdoor to boost the employee rating.

Pros

Culture of a once-great company is not completely destroyed. There are still a few employees who make an effort to improve morale and are willing to help others.

Cons

The company is nowhere near what it used to be. Employees are dropping like flies (especially in sales), and one can't help but feel like this is a sinking ship. There is a lot more infighting than there used to be, as everyone seems to be rushing to blame someone else for poor sales numbers over the last few years. I am sad to be looking for a new job after many good years at Labelmaster.
