Pros
1. There is nothing positive since 2025. 2. The PSO performed best under previous leadership. 3. There are only few old Leads and Managers who still tries to help and mentor team members otherwise most of the directors, senior directors and managers are extremely toxic.
Cons
1. Senior Leadership team including India based directors and senior directors, US based directors and senior Directors need to be dissolved at the earliest. 2. The senior leadership does not listen. They are very rude to people and they are killing the organization culture. 3. US and India PSO Directors are badly effecting the organization health. They are the only reason for an attrition of 50 employees in the last year. 4. There are many talented developers, testers, leads and managers but they are not able to perform because they are always supressed by senior leadership. As a reason there is a huge brain drain to other service companies or pharma manufacturing companies. 5. Even though the LabVantage Product is so versatile, but the customers are loosing faith only because of inefficient Project and Operational Management. 6. Work is executed without proper planning and on an ad-hoc basis particularly if you are working with few specific leads in the organization. They expect you to work for 12-15 hours everyday and deliver 5 days of work in 2 days. If that cannot be achieved they will question your Competencies and skill and in few months they will easily push you to such an extreme mental state where you will be forced to resign. 7. Any simple mistake by a project member or a team member is escalated to leadership. There is always a fear of being marked or being escalated in the PSO. 8. If someone is not comfortable to work in a specific role then no other opportunity is given to that employee to perform and prove.
