Pros

Like all the other reviews state, the perks are nice: Casual attire, catered lunches and holiday bonuses.

Cons

First and foremost, management is composed of favoritism and those within the ranks don't exactly have management training or experience. You can often tell a manager's motives for why they run a business. Some do it to help others, some do it to fuel greed. Those who fuel greed have zero regard for their employees and this company's high turnover rate is a perfect example of that. Working hard and doing the right thing will not get you very far at Linq Services. Management tends to run away from conflict by either terminating unhappy employees as opposed to helping them, or make them want to leave on their own resignation (lack of raises, praise, or reception to ideas or problems). They've dramatically lowered their starting salaries over the years (as it appears) so clearly they're looking to pay people less to endure an unstable work environment. If you want to feel appreciated, have growth potential, and be treated with respect, do NOT work for Linq Services.

Pros

I genuinely enjoy working with my team, and the work itself is both meaningful and rewarding. One thing I really appreciate is the level of trust and autonomy—I never feel micromanaged. The company also offers some standout perks. LINQ provides an annual company trip, and every five years employees receive a three-week paid sabbatical along with $5,000–$7,000 toward vacation expenses. Additional benefits include an HRA contribution for employees using the company insurance, catered lunches on Mondays, and a $150 monthly wellness stipend. I also love the office spaces and the flexibility of the hybrid work schedule, which creates a great balance between collaboration and personal flexibility.

Cons

The workload can occasionally feel overwhelming, especially since account activity tends to fluctuate. There are periods that are relatively quiet, followed by times when multiple client projects ramp up at once, creating a more demanding workload. That said, my team is very supportive during those busier periods, which makes a big difference.

Pros

Positive work environment, supportive leaders, and a great work-life balance!

Cons

This role is great for driven individuals who have previous B2B experience, but may be challenging for those who prefer a slower pace or less accountability.
