There’s always something new to learn, and you get to work on exciting campaigns. Plus, the flexibility and work-life balance are a big plus!

There isn’t a traditional career ladder, so if you’re looking for structured promotions or a clear hierarchy, this might not be the right fit. However, I don’t see this as a downside, as there are plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility, deepen your expertise, and grow in different ways.
