Pros
They help out their employees in times of need. Pay for sick time off for emergencies, send flowers to funerals, pay for employee's bills (water, electric) when they are off work inadvertently. On one hand they seem like a small family company with great values. President is a religious man, his boys who run the business are kind, Southern gentlemen types. Pay is pretty good, overall.
Cons
On the other hand, they are VERY untrusting and suspicious of everyone. In turn, they keep secrets and when they do, it seems so very ridiculous. There seems to be no logical reason behind keeping that particular secret. I'm sure there's a logical reason. They are successful businessmen, but there's just that something that makes you uncomfortable about them. And it's a feeling many of the employees have.
