I have worked for Kimpton for over 3 years now and I love it. I always feel supported by my managers and like I have the tools to succeed. I feel empowered to make my own decisions but comfortable enough to ask for help when I need it. Super fun employee events and company culture. I feel I can truly be myself here. Lot's of opportunities for growth, just make sure you tell leadership of your interests.
Working in hospitality can be tough, but that's with any company in this industry.
