      No Professional growth, High politics, No work culture, profile spoilation. You will be treated as personal secretary instead of Company Secretary. Professional is in vain. Mostly assigned with HR Admin activities which have no relevance with skills and expertise

      Pros

      Kajima is a great company to work for. They have a great environment and the people are easy to get along with. They have great benefits as well.

      Cons

      It is hard to move up within the company. The technology is a bit different, but they will get up to speed in time.
