Not good Managers - Maintenance Technician Kaiserman Employee Review

This is a great company to work for. I appreciate my peers, the strong teamwork, and the family-like atmosphere.

There are no significant downsides to working here.

I have worked for the Rittenhouse Claridge/Kaiserman Company for almost 20 years. I have seen a lot of changes, some good, some not so good but I have adjusted. When I say not so good, that is just a personal feeling and as time went on they turned out to be good changes for me and I am sure for the rest of the staff. I like working for this company because everyone treats you like family. We all get along and we work well together to get things done. All doors are open if you need to talk to someone, no one will ever tell you they are too busy to talk to you. When I first started here Ken Kaiserman was running the company and was very strict but fair and he always had the backs of the staff which I still believe to be true today with the current upper management. Some of the staff have become my good friends, my family. Another reason I love working at the Rittenhouse Claridge is the residents. There are so many wonderful people in this building from all walks of life. Some of the stories I hear are just amazing. We have residents that have lived here for over 50 years and they have been loyal residents to the Kaiserman company/family. Every day at work is a good day, some busy and stressful and some not so much but they are good days. Working with all the wonderful people here make it easy to come to work!

Don't really have any Cons, maybe the Dress code - can only wear certain styles/colors, gets boring.
