Our workload (including, but not limited to, our own work, billing, reception duty when the receptionist was out, work from the overflow box, being assigned to another legal assistant's attorneys when she was out, and mandatory overtime for one full week) was overbearing. We were expected to do the work of 2 or more people without complaining.
