Pros

KAB Labs and our parent Epsilon is a company for people. I am an experienced systems engineer having worked nearly every role in the systems life cycle. Over the years I have worked for the biggest defense companies, small/mid companies, and startups. Being at KAB is about the best situation that I have encountered in my career. This is a people company because: -KAB believed in me, my work ethic, my ideas, my experience, and this is what I observe of others -100% employee owned where you can have a real stake, conservative steady growth, no chance for startup broken promises -Good people who genuinely care about your work/life balance, good people who want to help with your career, your chance to teach others -Open door access and near daily interaction with management, opportunities to be involved in projects at the concept and decision level -A truly diverse environment with an extraordinary mix of professional experience and cross spectrum STEM educated co-workers -Great team culture, the best benefits package that I have ever been involved with, numerous social events -The company encourages giving back and they practice it

Cons

Epsilon/KAB performs work mostly in the defense and civilian agency contracting space. Some see this as a risk, but my experience has shown this to be a very stable and forgiving industry
