Pros
The hiring process is not difficult because they are desperate
Cons
The owners do not help their employees succeed, instead they use the same repetitive strategies over and over again and get mad when the results don't change. Any suggestions or comments about how things could be run differently are not taken into consideration. The equipment is old and outdated and corporate makes you do things the old fashioned way to get around buying new equipment. The company is full of inconsistencies with management and corporate and there is no access to formal training. The owners are unwilling to help the staff succeed and are extremely unappreciative of hard work. The compensation is horrible and "non-negotiable". There is no employment review process which leaves many without raises unless you threaten quitting during turn. Its a ridiculous company to work for and they will not survive or thrive in the College Station housing market. The company is family owned, but the two children who are supposed to take over are in their 50-60's and cannot even get along, making the 80+ year old parents run the company for them. Communication is terrible, I could go on and on. They have a bad reputation and it's easy to see why.
