Pros
Being an embedded engineering RnD design house, you get to handle projects you can only dream of in other companies as a starter. A very helpful management. There is ample opportunity to work hands on in emerging technologies. A couple years in Invent equips you better than 6-8 years in other firms. Management believes that one can work only when your mind wants to. There are flexi timings and no pay cuts (within reasonable limits). Upto 12 weeks of paid leave. The management is extremely forthcoming and communicates clearly and regularly. You are provided a holistic view of the projects.
Cons
Because of the flexi timing and paid holidays, one might find himself or herself addicted to work. Sometimes the work can be very challenging with little guidance as we work on emerging technologies, but that is also the fun part.
