Cons
A group of highly toxic women, with unsupportive upper management who only care about benefiting themselves. Their business model is so outdated they’re not willing to make any advancements or changes to improve technology, efficiency, or implement modern day design procedures. The turn over rate here is highly alarming along with the staff’s overall well being and not to mention experiencing daily nepotism amongst employees. Upper management will never be willing to offer adequate or even competitive compensation. Employees are overworked, underplayed, never appreciated, and senior staff sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or sense of a true team environment. Expect to do all the work with them taking full credit. There will never be room for work life balance no matter the position you hold. I could not think of a worse place to be employed.
