      I am still figuring it out here, hope ill get some!

      Cons

      The manager forced us to put positive Reviews on Glassdoor and other platforms, I have also seen lots of Office politics within the team, my manager is biased and has allies for her/him to grow individually.

      No (401)k No insurance benefits for family, health insurance cost could reach 25000$ per year No stock options You could be fired for raising concerns Executives can discriminate and mock you in front of other leaders and HR and everyone keeps a mum HR is scared of management Sick leaves are on accrual basis They ask for attorney fees and other legal and filing expenses from resource for PERM filing for nonimmigrant workers on H1B
