      Pros

      I have good work culture and work life balance within my work group, but I can’t speak for others. Pay is decent, but might be a little lower than the other tech giants in Silicon Valley.

      Cons

      PTO starts at 3 weeks and you get 1 more week after TEN YEARS. They also cut the sabbatical program.

      - No time off as a contractor - Not utilized properly due to IP - Too much wait time at the job, so not efficient - No communication with boss, get info through coworkers - No benifits as a contractor and no transition path
