- Very helpful and supportive team members empathetic to my challenges - Startup type of environment culture where you were able to experiment and try a lot of new things - A lot of very smart analytics team members and old school ldigital media and tv marketing team who understood the industry very well. - A lot of messy data to work with if you like that kind of thing - Very casual environment
Cons
- The legacy systems and technology at the time was made to be impossible to improve or even work with - All of the backend systems were developed many years ago and controlled by a few people who knew how anything worked. - No focus on hiring engineering help or implementing open source solutions - Company was only focused on dazzling clients with a lot of fancy powerpoints. - They still relied on very traditional methods of selling media to clients with a lot of old-timer people relying on out-dated practices.
