Pros
Personable managers with well thought out and explained expectations. Although they are considered a small business they had a large business strategic thought process and their goals were to ensure team success for the long term. As a member of the INTECON team you were always treated with respect whether you were in agreement with management or not and your opinion was always taken seriously.
Cons
Centrally located in Colorado, but with a global footprint, it was difficult to meet face to face as much as one would expect to while being employed long term. That however, is the nature of what it is to be a contract employee stationed OCONUS.
