Pros
The best reason to work at Insight Global is for sure the people that work here. I have been here for over four years now and have made many lasting friendships and they are the reason that I continue to love my job. The opportunities for professional and financial growth are incredible if you are willing to work hard and see the big picture.
Cons
The Staffing Industry can be fickle (to be kind). The hardest part about this job is that our product is the most unreliable product out there: people. Aside from that aspect, there aren't a whole lot of cons if you can take constructive feedback and are willing to work hard!
