Overall it's a good place and is getting better. The people are great and really care about the success of the company. It's small and everyone knows each other, and the work that everyone does really matters. The new CEO seems to be bringing energy, communication, and helping the company be profitable. It is starting to grow, a lot of jobs have been opening up. Flexible hours, and working from home if you need to is nice as well.

The benefits have pros and cons - kind of expensive per pay but the plans are good. 401k could be improved.
