Poor Place to work - Technologist InnoTech Alberta Employee Review

This company has terrible management. I wasted almost 12 years of my life working here. Its a completely unmotivating work enviroment, and lacks ANY interest or direction from senior and middle management - right from the CEO down to the department managers. This company has had 5 CEOs in 6 years !! What does that tell you? How about 3 name changes in 6 years as well? (From The Alberta Research Council to Alberta Innovates - Technology Futures to the current name of the week - Innotech Alberta !!). What exactly are they trying to hide? The only thing the upper echelon worries about here is their own job. Things are all good until its time to throw you under the bus to save themselves - then you pack up your desk and get shown to the door as thanks for your loyalty and dedication. I passed on very good opportunities with other companies while wasting my time here. If your thinking about working here - keep looking. You arent going to learn much and career advancement is nonexistant. I will say it was once a good place to work but that definitely cannot be said any longer.
