Pros

Working from home was the only pro

Cons

This company is one of the worst companies you can work for. I have never doubted my abilities or experience in my entire professional or educational career but this company and this specific management team (Principal and co-owner) make you feel like you are the dumbest person alive. If I could, I would give them negative stars for how horrible of a company it is. 1. No training what so ever given to new employees. You are immediately thrown into the project and expected to know everything without any context. 2. Asking questions for clarity and guidance is a sign of weakness and annoyance to them. 3. You will work INSANE hours (10-12 hours a day, possibly more). Say goodbye to your sleep and your weekends because you will literally have back to back meetings throughout the work day, then expected to complete your task before the end of the actual day. I was even asked to have a meeting on a Sunday once. 4. Even though you work remotely, you are expected to dedicate your every waking minute to these people and are expected to hop on meetings whenever they need you to (after work hours).

Pros

Opportunity to work from home with occasional office visits. Great office location Great team of committed staff

Cons

The CEO is actually too kind and likes to "find the "diamonds in the rough" and keeps hiring the wrong people who don't last and go on to give the company bad reviews when the problem is the employee and not the company

Pros

Remote work and adequate pay

Cons

I did not feel supported in this position. The CEO was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to coworkers, etc. There was constant turnover due to this. Contracts were signed due to the need to have constant money coming in despite not having the staff to complete the contracts. There was a lack of support in training, lack of organization, communicatin, expectations, and clear guidance on what needed to be done. There were barely any benefits. I would highly recommend avoiding.
