Cons

This place will keep you on your feet. The head of the company, makes racist and political nasty comments. There are certain individuals that will try and sabotage anyone they don’t like, by either lying, or bullying a person. The is not an HR. There have been verbal altercations. It is very chaotic unorganized, and too many mistakes and cover-ups. Any and all negative reviews are true and gives you an idea of what it will be like working there. If you are not a C-suite member be prepared for all your concerns being ignored. Ordering food is not enough. Especially with employees not getting a raise in years.

* Fast-paced environment can feel demanding at times, especially during high-volume periods * Growth and process improvements are ongoing, which can sometimes lead to changes that require quick adaptation * Smaller team structure means employees may wear multiple hats and take on responsibilities outside of their core role * Communication between departments can occasionally be improved as the company continues to scale * Limited structure in certain areas as the company continues to grow and refine workflows * Training can be hands-on and fast-moving, which may be challenging for those who prefer more structured onboarding * Workload can vary depending on referrals and patient needs, leading to busy periods
