      Company culture is very supportive and positive. Co-workers very dedicated and caring. Good benefits. Inspiring mission. Some positions have flexible work-from-home options.

      Cons

      All nonprofits have a tough time keeping up with market rate salaries or poaching from government agencies especially bilingual staff, though Identity has had a number of salary resets and surprise holidays.

      Great position for entry level to get foot in the door. Great workplace. Good coworkers

      Pay was very minimal for the work that was put in but at the end of the day it was a great job.
