      Pros

      Honestly, not much. If you have an electric vehicle then there are free charging facilities. Free Robinsons squash. One additional day off per year for your birthday.

      Cons

      Micromanaged from the top. Poor decision making and communication internally, happy to post on LinkedIn a lot though. Employee benefits slowly being stripped back. No training offered or progression roots.
