Due to its size, a couple of things (without necessarily being negatives):
-opportunities for progressing to the next level may not be available for everyone at the same time - however management tried to assess each case on its merit and tailor people's career progression combining business and personal needs;
-remuneration packages may be on the low side due to - obviously - smaller budgets;
