Unstable Company, a lot of people have came and went

Nice co-workers, cold water, decent furniture, plenty of work

lack of management, cheap pay, horrible benefits, horrible work conditions, no bonuses (unless your the lucky few management type), long hours, no standards, no training, no future, no respect, a use and abuse type of job.
