Pros
Paid training in which you barely learn your job functions but hey, it's paid training. Everyone I trained with were very nice people For the most part everyone I met was very nice (some had attitudes but that was usually supervisors which I am assuming because their job sucks) Mgmt advised our class from the beginning to keep looking for a better job elsewhere (thanks for the advice!) Got paid to sit in on seminars from people pushing office supplies to bank products which had nothing to do with me but it was paid
Cons
*Another cheap outsourcer nothing special about this place *Poor training (My trainer was nice but the curriculum provided by the client is horrible) *Low pay for what's expected and they are very demanding *Commission/Incentive whatever you want to call it is not really attainable and so low that it's depressing. They should be ashamed to even offer it that low. *Dance around questions *Lots of finger pointing at client *Nickel and dime your pay. *First day on phone and they were already going off about everyone's handle time and sales *The call types constantly change but I won't even go into that *Bottom line only work here if you are so desperate for a job that even McDonald's won't hire you.
