7yAs a small business, it is important for the IMRI team to collaborate and to provide quality services to our customers. We strive to hire self-starters who are knowledgeable in their respective field, and who can work well as a team-player and manage their workload with minimal supervision. IMRI is also able to provide a flexible work schedule for our employees, based on their individual circumstances. IMRI’s Management team values and respects each of our employees, and we take time to recognize our employees through our Employee Awards and Recognition Program, Bonus Programs, and by promoting within whenever possible. IMRI regrets that your experience for the last year at IMRI has not been positive. IMRI has an open-door policy with our employees to address any concerns with either Human Resources or any member of the management team, and we encourage you to utilize this open-door policy. It is our hope that with open communication with our employees, that we can continue to create an environment in which all of our employees enjoy their experience at the company!
