Fairly laid-back atmosphere when original management was there. Great pay, decent benefits, flexible work schedules. It was a fun environment especially when owner's wife brought family dog in and they built a pen for it outside in the parking lot.
Cons
Management changed. Not the same environment. Backstabbers, buttkissers. Employees are nervous to be laid off. Week/month-long stretches of being in the field away from home. If you have a family, be prepared not to see them for a long time.
