Pros
Mission to empower employees to better their lives. The management team has a unified front with solid goals. I have been with the company for several years and have seen improvement in the management of personnel which has improved morale and culture. The development of a standard product offering, opposed to highly engineered and custom built product, has allowed Hycomp to level out some rough edges associated with the manufacturing and operational processes.
Cons
Starting pay is somewhat low as it relates to roles and responsibilities. Drastic changes in the engineering and documentation process (due to role-out of standard product) have created a bottleneck for new projects but I suspect this will improve over time. Management can be unfair when corrective action is required from an individual or department.
