This is a small business and yes due to a small business you may have some extra hats to wear. But all in all, HG is a good company to work for. As long as you do your work, and get things done as you should in any company things run smoothly.

Some employees that come into the company expect to be handed everything to them...... grow up you have to earn your money.

The only reason to work here is the money.

No drug testing. Lack of organization. Safety takes a back seat.
