Pros

If you want a bit of extra cash and don't mind spending a fortune on petrol its ok

Cons

Home instead are fine to work for as long as you realise that they are totally profit driven and do not care about you as an employee or your needs and circumstances. I was promised full time hours and given less than 10 per week. They will ring you at short notice expecting you to travel miles for one call (no petrol concession for a single call) and then act very offended if you say that you cant do it. They ignore the needs of deteriorating clients (ie more specialised carers) because they will lose a client and therefore money. Wages are usually wrong and they don't care.

Pros

Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.
