During the last few months a large number of us have faced redundancy. Although it was a difficult time, the HR and Talent Acquisition teams dedicated their time to organise a careers day for us, introducing us to local employers and agencies who have continually shared job opportunities with the affected population. Talent Acquisition ran workshops to support us with interview skills, salary negotiations and to upskill our LinkedIn, We were also offered, which most of us attended, one on one CV writing and job application support. It has left many of us feeling very empowered in being able to secure a new opportunity
