      The electronic equipment provided is excellent The salary is satisfactory

      Cons

      Overwhelmed with work Insufficient resources to accomplish the required amount of work The released documents are of poor quality in order to meet deadlines. Far too many emails from the company and training courses to attend Shareholder satisfaction is a priority, not the quality of work.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
