Cons
Pay could be better but it isn't terrible. Micromanaging is sometimes an issue. A lot of politics and gossip among both employees and higher ups.
Major safety issues regularly went unaddressed, unethical QC practices to "meet" specs, lack of structure, organization, and accountability from management.
