      I learned a lot about cloud and web development, type systems, cloud infrastructure and working with startup clients. Helix has a supportive team environment. Helix has some innovative tech used inhouse and on client projects. Helix offers employees some equity in some client startups.

      Cons

      I chose to move on for personal preferences after several years.

      - The projects are varied and consistently require employees to keep up to date with technical advancements. - There are many learning opportunities and a wealth of experience to draw from. - The team is friendly and many fun memories are made both in the office and outside of it. - Projects are picked specifically with interest level and challenge in mind. There aren't basic projects that are just turned out. - Hours are flexible for those with commitments outside of work

      - Workload can be high during crunch time.
