My time at HSL has been an overall good experience for an entry-level position. My supervisor and team are welcoming and supportive. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule.
Cons
The work or lack of work is not challenging. I find myself feeling more like an intern because I'm only there to pick up simple tasks like data entry or filing folders. My position is very ambiguous and I have no predetermined responsibilities, leading me to feel I'm just there to be there.
