This was asked in a Leadership meeting, there were crickets. And then eventually someone said “pizza party lunch”. Sums it up.

Zero leadership, zero organization, total disaster. No employee support, no concern about retention, development, advancement, anything like that. Could not stress enough how bad this place is to work. They do not care about anyone, at all.
