It's a small office so each person has his/her own projects that they work on individually (with input from the principal). This forces to rely on yourself and learn a lot.

It is not the most organized. Not a lot of mentorhsip. Limited design time. No one is there to red-line your work.

Friendly and helpful colleagues, partner in the office are willing to teach everything

No bonus and benefits would be the cons.
