Nice office. The team is surprisingly lovely. I made friends for a lifetime. Unfortunately, they are all trying to run away too. They give you 13th month... maybe or maybe not. They give you monthly bonus... maybe or maybe not. It depends on the boss and there are not clear criteria on what are the requirements to get it. There is commission..., sure, perhaps 10 bucks per project.
Cons
Let´s start with the CEO. He is the stereotype of elder boss who will treat you contemptuosly and will blame you for not closing deals, despite yu get 0 leads due to company´s decision of not spending enough in marketing tools. Next, even when you get a promising lead, the project will most likely get stuck do to internal inefficient processes. Client´s get tired and choose other companies. Finally, let´s talk about those amazing "benefits". You will have 5 days holidays (average in China but the boss can always offer more and most part of good bosses do so). They include birthday cake and coffee as ¨company benefits¨.... yes, BIRTHDAY CAKE AND FREE COFFEE. Thanks so much. Overall, it´s definitely not a place for foreigners. No growth perspectives and know acknowledegment when you work hard.
